ARTICLE A
– PRIMARY PLACE
OF OPERATION
Section A.1 Primary
Place of Operation (Office)
The primary place of operation of
CSI World Headquarters (hereby known as “CSIWHQ”) shall be 111 Tampines Road,
Unit No.07-01, Singapore
535133, Republic
of Singapore
Section A.2 Registered Primary Place of Operation (Office)
The registered primary place of
operation of CSIWHQ shall be 111
Tampines Road, Unit No.07-01, Singapore 535133, Republic of Singapore.
The address of the registered primary
place of operation (office) of CSIWHQ may be changed from time to time by the Executive
Council without amendment of these By-Laws. Upon a change in the address of the
registered primary place of operation (office) of CSIWHQ, it shall file the
necessary documents with the relevant authorities as required by the Law of the
Land of Singapore.
Section A.3 Other Places of Operation
CSIWHQ may also have places of
operation at other places within or beyond the sovereign boundary of Singapore where
it is qualified to do business as the Executive Council may from time to time
designate or the business of CSIWHQ may require.
