If the department provides internal audit services to the Holding Company and
its Subsidiary Companies with common or different members of the Audit

Audit Department provides internal audit service to the Holding Company only, then the benefits can only be
enjoyed by the members of the Holding Company. The members of
the Subsidiary Companies are not entitled to the benefits. Under such
circumstances, each subsidiary company may have to apply for its own corporate membership.
